Armani Beauty Giveaway Contest #1 - Fluid Sheer
The Armani Beauty Team at Saks Fifth Avenue in Chevy Chase, Maryland is talented and generous. They have donated three fabulous products for Best Things in Beauty's giveaway contests, and today we start our first contest with Fluid Sheer in #2, Shimmering Beige ($58). Please read my review of Fluid Sheers at this link to learn more about them. They are one of the best, most versatile makeup products I have ever used, and that's high praise. I use #2 frequently on my "pale face," and I have tried it on my dark-skinned friends - a different, but delightful, effect on all of us. The swatch above isn't true; the color is more golden.
Designed to add radiance, Fluid Sheers can be used alone, mixed with moisturizer, mixed with foundation, or placed under or over foundation (even used as a makeup primer to correct color or simply prepare the skin for foundation, for example, use pink to "correct" olive skin tones). They are, as the name suggests, translucent, adding a wash of subtle color when applied. They are suitable for all skin types.
You can win this InStyle 2009 Best Beauty Buy award winner by e-mailing bestthingsinbeautycontests@gmail.com and telling me what your favorite Best Things in Beauty posting has been. If you let me know in your e-mail that you have subscribed to Best Things in Beauty, you will get two chances to win.
The contest will close on Tuesday, September 1, at midnight. Good Luck!
I am posting this giveaway contest on Free!Grechen, a pretty cool site for contests and giveaways. Coming up? More fabulous Armani Beauty giveaways. We'll do one each week for the next few weeks.
P.S. There's a Tim Quinn event at Saks in Chevy Chase on September 25 and 26, and if you live anywhere near Washington, DC, you should make an appointment. He's the best national makeup artist who has ever touched my face!
