Armani Luminous Silk Foundation Giveaway Contest
Best Things in Beauty is thrilled to announce our latest giveaway contest. If you are the lucky winner, you will receive an Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 4.5, Sand. This foundation sells for $58. The color offered is a medium shade, and it works for many skin tones. You can see a swatch at this link.
An award-winning foundation, Luminous Silk was hailed by InStyle as a Best Beauty Buy and Allure as a Best of Beauty Winner in the base category. This oil-free foundation offers the perfect balance between sheerness and coverage. It evens out your skin tone and leaves behind a beautiful finish that lasts all day.
If you would like to enter for a chance to win this fabulous foundation, e-mail bestthingsinbeautycontests@gmail.com and tell us whether you have ever tried Armani Beauty products before and, if so, what you liked best. If you haven't ever tried the line, just let us know why you would like to start with this foundation. A small team of judges will select the winner.
The deadline for entries is midnight Sunday, September 13. Because of shipping restrictions, only U.S. entries, please.
This giveaway is sponsored by the generous and talented Armani Beauty Team at Saks Fifth Avenue in Chevy Chase, Maryland. They are having an Armani event on September 25 and 26, so make sure to stop by to say hello if you live anywhere near the store.
I will be posting this contest on Free!Grechen, my favorite site for giveaways.

Okay, so I have tried every foundation out there for my dry skin - is it bad to want it all? I want coverage, but not maskey cakey-ness - I want velvet surface, but no pore-clogging grease, I want luminosity but not shimmer! Short of switching skin with my four-year-old daughter, or mixing four different foundations, luminizers and bronzers, what should I do? Well, a friend assured me that I could find one foundation with it all....Armani Luminous Silk. Winner of the InStyle Best Beauty Buys 2009, this true-to-name silky liquid foundation seamlessly melds to my skin and glides over all my imperfections (redness, uneven skin texture, hyperpigmentation) with ease and covers it all without any mask-ey pancake effect. It comes in an array of shades to match every skin tone- and not just the same old warm/cool selection - nuanced, like our living skin tone. It doesn't clog pores, and it doesn't have that shimmer that betrays "I am trying to camouflage my flaws by putting shimmer on my face" optical-illusion effect. It looks natural and I have never received so many compliments on my skin in my life, and I am in the over 40 crowd. This foundation is worth every penny, honestly. It has changed my skin and made me take a serious look at other Armani Beauty products.
ReplyDeleteHi Charlestongirl, I don't live anywhere near Washington, so please tell the Armani people thank you from your readers. Their donations are super.
