Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy Hanukkah to all!

It's a magical time. Eat, drink, and be merry!

Best Things in Beauty will be on vacation tonight and Christmas day - no posts, but maybe a tweet or two. I still have two presents to buy - catnip mousies - and many to wrap. I'll be back Saturday morning, raring to tell you about all the new products I'm trying.

I hope you have a joyous holiday! Be safe and keep warm. Cherish those you love. I've had two Christmas reminders that you never know when you will lose them. I'm looking forward to catching up with friends over the next few days - and cooking prime rib. The chef always gets to drink champagne with a touch of framboise while she cooks, so she will be happy!

  3. Hi Anna and Pro!

Merry, Merry! Thanks for being such loyal blog readers this year. The number of visitors/month has really astounded me, after only six months!

I hope you both have wonderful holidays. I'm simply looking forward to food, friends (and Mom), rest, and maybe a little shopping. :)

And, yes, that champagne will be wonderful. It's the house apertif at L'Auberge Chez Francois, and it's heavenly with a fresh raspberry thrown on the top of each glass. I can't limit myself to one - after all, it takes some time to cook prime rib.
