Coming Attraction: Chantecaille Holiday 2013 Collection

I had an opportunity too see photographs of Chantecaille's Holiday 2013 Collection last week at Neiman Marcus Mazza Gallerie - probably my favorite place to shop. Despite the dark photos (some taken in the store, some at home), I wanted you to get an early look at what's coming.

As with other Chantecaille Holiday Collections, there is a Diamonds Eye Shadow Trio ($60) at a bargain price. The perfect eye-catching accessory for any holiday party, the neutral shades will make you sparkle. The unique glistening hybrid formula feels like a silky cream and delivers pure color, capturing the sophisticated shimmer of the world's most striking diamonds.

Also on the color front, three Lip Sticks ($33) will be featured - one new shade and two re-promotes.

Agave, the new color, promises a delicate pinky nude shade that will be perfect for my fair coloring. Cerise is a festive, bright holiday red, and Cassia is a flattering blue red.

A red Lip Definer ($24) will accompany the three lipsticks. Desire, a true red, looks like a shade that will be festive and bright, while effortlessly defining and contouring the lips with long-lasting color.

Already a fan of Chantecaille's skin care, I am thrilled about the new Gold Energizing Eye Recovery Masks ($195).  The powerful 24K gold-infused masks help protect DNA, boost collagen production, and plump deep wrinkles, revealing a smoother and more luminous eye area. There are eight treatments in the set. I was told the best time to apply a mask will be right before a special occasion. The results promise to be miraculous.

When Chantecaille sends me the photos for holiday, I will feature this exciting collection again. For now, you've got time to savor the anticipation.

  1. hi lovely charleston girl!!! why would i not think chantecaille would not be gorgeous? wow! and, i'm excited about that pinky nude lip color too! although i shy away from reds, they look beautiful too! i really was hesitant not purchasing at least 1 of the new chanel quads but, i just can't purchase everything anymore as well. holiday collections are going to be fabulous. choosing, for me, will be the hardest part! one more fall collection that i have not looked at yet will be burberry's. i'm sure it will be coming around soon. i'm glad i didn't go to the mall today!! xoxoxo

  2. Wendy, I don't think either of the Chanel quads is "to die for." save your money. :)

  3. I have been obsessed with reds lately. What's that all about? Suddenly at my age, I've decided I want to emphasize my still-full mouth (Some might call it "large" but I choose to reframe it...) These are beautiful. I'll be watching for them! (As an aside: Don't you fall for the ads harder than the actual collections sometimes?)

  4. The trio looks positively stunning--I can't wait to get my hands on it! And FYI--Beautyhabit, one of my absolutely favorite stores ever--seems to have Agave already. And they are having a sale right now too! I already placed one order, but was planning on going back and picking up a few more things.

As for what Wendy said about Burberry--what is going on with them? Their products seem to be disappearing from stores online--and I haven't heard a word about their Fall Collection--Trench Kisses. Have you heard anything--you always know everything.

What a lovely and very holiday set! Agave certainly sounds promising. Can't wait to see more when the collection comes out :)

  6. What a pretty trio! That is a good price. I love holiday makeup. Planning to go to Neiman Marcus for the first time at King of Prussia during beauty event. I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

  8. I was at Bergdorf today and tried out this palette (newly in store for playing around, shipping for customers next week) and it is amazing. The shadows feel like buttery silk and go on and blend so easily and beautifully. The makeup artist who helped me put the pewter shade all over and the bronzy one in the crease (not a combo I would have done) but it looked gorgeous. I will get this as soon as it's available!
