After months of competition and unique entries by talented hair stylists across the country, the finalists of the MATRIX Mannequin Mania contest have been selected. Now it's your turn to vote!MATRIX invited stylists from across the nation to enter the MATRIX Mannequin Mania contest and express their creativity using styling's universal muse mannequin heads. Out of 9,568 entries, the esteemed panel of judges, comprised of top industry leaders, selected 12 extremely talented and lucky hair stylists to move on to the final phase of the competition.
Now it's America's turn to vote. These are not your everyday looks - but they are such incredible expressions of creative talent, it's fun to review them and vote. Your votes will decide the winners from each of four categories (Stylist, Salon Team, Student, and MATRIX Friends & Family), who will be named the first MATRIX Mannequin Masters and win a grand prize of $25,000 and a day with the star of Bravo’s hit series Tabatha’s Salon Take Over and MATRIX Mannequin Mania celebrity judge, Tabatha Coffey.
The voting ends on October 31, 2010 and is open to all U.S. residents aged 18 and older. There are two easy methods for voting. Everyone is allowed to vote once per category, per voting method. You can vote once online and once by text. So pick your favorites, vote, and spread the MANIA! Once you cast your vote, you'll be entered to win a $500 value MATRIX value gift box. I am about to vote! I spent a lot of time reviewing these entries - after I shook myself out of the search for an everyday look (grin). This is the stuff of fantasy, movies, and advertising. If a few of you comment and tell us who you voted for in each category, I'll confess!
